The Danish trout ova supplier Troutex re-launched its website, (www.troutex.dk) in January, utilizing a new and more user-friendly version suitable for mobile devices as well as PCs.
“Our customers can look forward to a much more streamlined webpage with the newest information about Troutex and our products,” said Managing Director Hans Jørn Holm.
The company also issued a press detailing its growth in 2015. According to Holm, the turnover of the company grew by more than 20% in 2015 compared to the previous year, making it the best year for Troutex since it was founded in 2004.
“We are humbled by the success we experienced in 2015,” he said. “In 2015 we worked hard on meeting the demand for quality certification. We are now certified under GLOBALG.A.P. on a number of our farms, enabling us to deliver GLOBALG.A.P. certified ova 12 months a year. We have also had our farms approved for delivery of trout ova for the growing number of ASC farms, especially in Scandinavia.”
Troutex is also certified towards a number of other standards including Quality Trout UK and the standard for organic suppliers.
