A new managing director has been selected to head the BioMar and Viet Uc joint venture in Vietnam.

Duong Anh Tu, who has commercial experience from the feed and food sector in Asia, will begin this new role in February. Tu has experience with local and global companies and has managed commercial development within the Vietnamese animal nutrition industry.

“We have chosen Duong Anh Tu to lead the next phase of our growth of the shrimp feed business in Vietnam. He has a proven ability to lead the development of innovative solutions for the local markets, and we are sure he will be a strong asset for the organization as well as for the customers,” said Francois Loubere, vice-president of BioMar Asia.

BioMar’s new product portfolio has the potential to help Vietnamese farmers in the current situation of adverse market conditions.
