World leading microscreen filters.

Hydrotech develops, manufactures and sells high performance filter systems. Our systems are used in several hundreds of hatcheries around the world, proof of the quality, reliability and professionalism our costumers have come to expect from Hydrotech.

CNC-Laser cuttings, of essential moving parts in our filters, ensures long and trouble free operation, like a Schweiz clock work.

Bearings, different types have been tested for years. Today these essential parts are made of special plastic composites and bearings that will last for years.

Patents, the exceptional patent for our basic filter panel of drumfilters, still stands as one of the most important inventions within water filtration by micro sieves. There are many other patents, on eg discfilters which is the mark of Hydrotechs inventive staff.

Spare parts, today Hydrotech still services the first models of microsieves delivered to the aquaculture market in the 80`. Upgraded computer system keep track of all filters produced by Hydrotech. Foto and serial number can always identify any filter. By this system, costumers will receive correct spareparts. Filters are made for easy access and exchange of parts. Our spare part department will deliver world wide within days if local distributors should not have it in stock.

Engineering support, our service is extended to engineering assistance on difficult hydraulic and technical calculations, as well as proposals of installation.

Testing, Hydrotech filters are tested in different recirculated hatcheries for better support of costumers on capacity sizing as well as proven efficiency. Always trying to set the standards for new technological development, we can filter down to very small filter openings, which is interesting for hatcheries for eg parasite control.
