1) Is your file clearly named?
Please make file names unique (i.e. not 'MagazineAd') so they can be quickly assigned to the correct production team.

2) Is your resolution high enough? All photos MUST be 200dpi minimum.

3) Is your software compatible?
These are the versions of popular software which we can accept:
Adobe InDesign
Adobe Photoshop
QuarkXPress
Adobe Illustrator
Acrobat PDF (Press quality)

5) Is your file the right size?
Individual files must be LESS than 50 MB in size.

6) Have more than one file?
This system uploads 1 file at a time. If you have more you should Stuff (.sit) or Zip (.zip) them into a single file.
